This subscription includes your initial consultation and the first 8 weeks of medication. (.25mg for 4 weeks, .5mg for 4 weeks = 3mg total)
 
We will contact you a week before your last dose to either purchase another package or sign up for a monthly plan.
For orders after 12 weeks:  The cost per month is $249 up to 1.7mg/dose.  At 2.5mg/dose, the cost is $299.
Additional 12 week programs are available at a cost of $582.
